Stunning views of the moors with the Exmoor ponies and red deer. Beautiful ancient bridges and babbling rivers just a stones throw from the farm. A few minutes drive and your in Dulverton, a quaint old market town. Further along the road is Tiverton and then onwards to Exeter and Plymouth.

In the other direction lies South Molton and its wonderful antique shops and markets. Lynton and Lynmouth on the coast, watch the drop though!
